Edit: Some progress as I just received the Email about the Obsidian Lite shortage so I chose to upgrade to Obsidian V4 and have not got response back yet but there is at least movement for my 1st Order.

I only ordered empty hilts and blades (Lost Gray, Consular, Guardian, and Fallen), so hopefully nothing will take too long.  I want the electronics project to help keep me sane in quarantine.

When you place multiple orders do they tend to ship each as available or hold them to ship together?

I was able to get a pretty quick response here [email protected]  I emailed him with a raffle issue and heard back in a day or two.  What was it you ordered?  I ran into the same situation with my sons birthday present, though I knew it was likely not going to get here before the party when I ordered.

I had placed my order on January and got a mail on end of March that I have to wait a little bit longer, because one of the hilts was out of stock. Well, my order was sent last week finally. So, don't worry, they need a little more time sometimes.
For question you could try to contact Marlena too. I got answers to my questions within 3 days normaly.

Ultrasabers hosts this forum but it is just a place with fans talking amongst each other. Actual US staff stops by only occasionally and does not conduct business through this forum so there is no one here who can look up your order or give you any sort of official answer. Continuing to email is probably your best course of  action and the only one that may get you any actual information.

Typically for multiple orders, they try to ship them together to save on shipping but if you order weeks apart, they may ship separately. Also, keep in mind that they're busy so they may or may not realized that you have more than one order

Should be getting my son's Fallen with Premium sound this week. Estimated delivery on Thursday, but I've set my expectations no earlier than Saturday.
It'll be the first saber we have that isn't a stunt or Lite sound.

Next we are waiting for my other son's Phantom initiate V4 staff in Tri-red with Li-ion setup. Got 28" red day blades for it.
I also just put together 2 saber "extensions" to make each Dark Initiate V4 into baton/tonfa/night sticks.
Going to permanently glue thier pommels into them so he can swap between the batons or the staff.
Ordered the adjustable coupler, which can double as 2 separate pommels if we remove the screw holding them together.

So I guess technically he can do a staff, paired sabers or paired  batons. Although since I made the baton parts out of PVC, we'll probably not use those for dueling and only use the 24" midgrades it will come with. The 28" red blades are thick walled, so we can duel with those as staff or paired

And for the future, don't post your order number. It's a question of common sense regarding your own safety. Although the community here is made of very nice people, the posts can be seen by everyone, not only members, so somebody may steal your data regarding your order. So I would advise you to edit your post and delete the order number, or at least some digits.

Hey there, Annoyed. We can understand your frustration but can't do anything other than relate to you. Please contact [email protected] or [email protected] to check on your order and give them time to respond, they are working 24/7 to get sabers out to people and I've heard people receiving a response at 2 AM in the morning. firehand is correct, US owns this forum but it's separate from the business side
