I just received the email requesting 1-2 business days to look into my order. However with a lot of people it seems the order doesn’t ship even after this time. Has anyone here actually had their order ship during the 1-2 day time frame?

I ordered a Graflex SE in arctic blue with silver FOC and Lite Sound on May 4th. I just got the shipping confirmation email this afternoon! Estimated delivery is Wednesday June 10th! Weeee!!

Currently customer service is over whelmed and the entire company has its hands full , there process has been severely impacted by the current situation we all are dealing with . just hang on there

You'll notice that email says "1-2 business days to look into your order.", not ship.  My email hit on Thursday, I'll be surprised if I get a follow up email this week.

I have ordered an Apprentice LE v5 and a mystery Box on April 22. I have emailed on two separate occasions and have heard the same stock messages. I have also left voice messages as well. I understand supply chain issues and I am not ranting. I am not sure if the order is being fulfilled or is forgotten.

This is my first purchase with this company and I see that many buyers are happy with their purchases and would like to be one of those Wink .

Please understand, this request is for information in another media type. I get it that you are swamped.

I received mine as well. I was tracking one or two folks that once they got this email their order shipped within the week.

Mine hasn’t but will keep folks posted.

Hi there,

I ordered a pair of mystery boxes just over 4 weeks ago. One of them is for my daughter for her birthday in 2 weeks. When I ordered them, they posted that it was a 3-4 week lead time for manufacturing. I've sent a few emails and called last week, but I'm not getting any response. I'm really hoping that they'll be in for her birthday and as of 15 minutes ago, the order was still processing.

Should I be worried or is this normal?


I just got a response last night from Ultrasabers.
 "Thank you for your purchase with Ultrasabers. We are a bit behind due to having to limit staff to ensure distancing and it has affected the machine shop greatly. Your order should ship out around the end of the week. We will email you the tracking # as soon as this order gets labeled to ship out." So good news!

Hey all. Placed an order a month ago (5/9) for my first two sabers during the May the 4th be with you sale. I was initially only gonna buy one but figured if I had a saber then I'd want another so I could find someone to play with me. Eagerly looking forward to my order being completed so that I can finally be the cool kid on the block.
