Got an order unexpectedly quickly (a week or so after ordering) but received the wrong item. I mostly order empty hilts from US now, and this hilt has the wrong type of switch hole. I don't have the right tools to work with this hole. This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time they never got back to me within their 3 day return window. Shot an email to info and shipping about this most recent order, hopefully they get back to me within their return deadline. I also asked about the previous order, though that was months ago at this point so I don't really care about that one too much. Wish me luck!

Ordered an Empress on 4/16, sent 1 email asking if they knew a possible time frame for my saber on 6/16, received an email notifying me my saber was ready and mailed on 6/19.
Everyone who is worried about their order or is getting mad need to heed Obi-Wan's calls for patience through the movies. You will get your sabers, just give the people building them time to actually build them.
Yay another empress future owner =D I agree. It's only the second time I order a custom saber, but no matter the company, it always takes time. Patience is key. |

Something interesting; I placeed my first order March 15, for a mystery saber, this one, June 15, my new order number is almost exactly 40,000 more than the first! If you do the math thats alot of orders per month, it's amazing they can keep up with the load.

First time poster here and just wanted to chip in...I ordered just a $75 mystery box 5 weeks ago and its still in processing. No reply to emails either. Looking forward to receiving it but wow, a reply to emails would be nice.

Weird. I’m at week 5 on my Fallen order, and haven’t gotten an email. Maybe ne t week?  so almost 6 weeks after my order, i get an email saying that the fallen hilt is out of stock, despite being listed as in stock when i ordered and as of the time of posting this, is still listed as available on the site.

i am sorry but that is utter b.s. ultrasabers needs to get their stuff together.
yes i was given the option to swap hilts (but the only other hilts of interest to me are the dominicide or flamberge se, which are more expensive than the fallen i ordered.)
or to wait the 4-6 weeks more it will take to get the fallen in stock.
i am not happy and i am seriously considering if i will ever deal with u.s again. the way u.s are handling this whole situation is completely amateur.
and for the record, i use yahoo for emails.
Three weeks as of tomorrow for my order, and mine was the black and chrome hilt. Trying not to get nervous, LOL... |

Tomorrow will be the start of week 7 for me. I've had one bulk email explaining the 3-4wk lead time, and zero replies to any other correspondence otherwise (I've sent two emails, one at the 3 week mark, another last week.)
I'm trying to remain patient, but it is getting a tad frustrating. I ordered an apprentice le v5, no sound or diamond/emerald led. Just basic stunt saber, blazing orange, no extras.
Really have no choice but to keep waiting, but this really blows.

Just a small light to shine... It took a bit and was explained to me ( today by a Rep ) that their email in box is simply jammed full and they are work long hours including Sundays to catch up . it may take a while but they are alive and working hard at US

I dont know if you like any graffiti novels or comics but in the legacy era (136yrs aby) its lukes great great grandson cade Skywalker. Anyway the empirical remnant has theyre own force user that are like part personal gaurd the emperor roan fel, and talking shell like they're better than jedi and back it like zero times.
