I'm not sure; are the Empress sabers even out yet? I thought it was all for pre-order along with the Princess.
If nothing else at least this is a reasonable explanation for the wait time, LOL....
It would be, but many reviews are available on youtube as well as on the forum. And some users customized them quite beautifully on here =) |

I just got a shipping notice on an order I placed...YESTERDAY!!
That's the quickest turnaround I've ever experienced.
It was a blade-less Grab Bag, so apparently they had those available.
I'm still waiting on my May 18 RGB Aeon v2 and the other saber I ordered yesterday: Crimson Scorpion

I'm debating on pulling the trigger on a Dominix LE v5 for my brother as a Christmas gift....for one thing, the guy's as gonzo about Star Wars as I am, and i wouldn't feel right hooking my kids up and not him; he's been there for me whenever I've needed him.
15% off and free shipping ain't a bad promo, either. Plus, I'll admit I'm curious about how long I'd wait, LOL.

to start I really just need to be in touch with someone from Ultra Sabers for order number #REDACTED that is MIA and was ordered April 26th. I realize this is well past your updated shipping times and I have not heard back from any of my numerous emails, just to get a status. A friend in my city ordered one 3 weeks ago and has already received it. I just want to hear back from Ultra sabers and I have no other way to communicate with them. Please help.

my patience is running thin but im wondering if anyone has had to wait longer than 2 months for one.. but ti is hard to understand the stress they have on= them to get these done but it is logical to assume that they would have an adaquate number of people working on these to be able to get out the demand. i just hope they have not forgotten those people who have been waitin g a long time.. .. but i know sooner or later it will be here.. but it would help if every once in a while i could be updated on the pursuit .. progress rather if it is a long time..instead of leaving people in the dark

1: never put your order # here this is not run by or monitored by US 2: make sure when you email the only address you should use is [email protected] and include your order # as subject 3: They are very behind on emails but they will respond in time 4: orders are not fulfilled by date orderd some will get their sabers faster then other depending on there current inventory of parts |

I was told a few days ago via email that the black and silver fallen hilt was out of stock. Yet people can still order it online. I have heard the same is true of the Dominicide. This is what really p!$$#$ me off. Let's say they have 100 fallen hilts, black and silver, then they should have the website setup to mark it as out of stock once 100 orders have been made for it.
As it stands, I could go on the site, order a Dominicide or fallen and it won't be a month or 2 before I find out they have none in stock and I will need to wait another 1-2 months before I can get my saber.
In this current time, a lot of people have lost jobs, people are stressed. I purchased my fallen saber because I had lost my job due to the covid-19 pandemic. My kids were forced into home schooling due to schools closing. I shouted myself something as a cheer me up..... But that has only led to more frustrations and anger. U.S took my money and have done a pretty poor job of treating me as a customer.
