My 5/5 order of 2 MB that shipped on Monday has finally arrived!
My wife and I have chosen.

She gets the Initiate LE V4 in Guardian Blue with windows and a silver non-illuminated AV switch, no sound.

I get the Dominix LE V2 in Fire Orange with a black non-illuminated AV switch and no sound.

Fairly basic, but that's what you get when you do MB so I can't complain. The only issues i have are that they seem a little...  unfinished... looking closely you can see the little ridges from the machining process and if you run your fingernail up and down you can feel them. Luckily I'm going to be weathering and wrapping both so that should help.

Other issue is that I took out the blade and put my plug in, and now it is stuck. I think the tiny ridges may have messed with the diameter a bit or something. Damaging the plug to get it out isnt the worst choice since I always intended to get a custom plug eventually.

So, a couple tiny issues, but given how fast they are trying to get these out, I cant be THAT upset about it.

I got a $75 saber?  Looks like an Aeon V3, silver A/V switch.  I think it's Arctic Blue for the blade color.

Got an email response to my email this afternoon. They apologized for delay in responding and gave me link to tracking for saber that arrived yesterday

Sorry to hear that your order wasn't flawless, but you're right; compared to what could have gone wrong, those issues are fairly benign.   Hope you and the Mrs enjoy the goodies!

Just got a totally unsolicited update from Erin apologizing for them missing the 4 week mark and telling me she would have an update for me in 1 or 2 days.

Maybe they are starting to catch up on all of the email backlogs?

I, too, got an email today with an apology and telling me that my order has been shipped w/tracking. The saber had already arrived, but I mean, it was nice to have at least gotten a response now.

Oh man you guys are getting me hopefully that mine will be on the way soon.
I've only had to wait 2 months on a single order before. Most of my others were between 3-5 weeks while a recent surprise of a 1 week order.
My 5/18 order just past 7 weeks so hopefully not long now.
This should be my last order for a while, but hopefully they are more caught up by the next time I order a saber

Very cool! I like the opposing colors of the hilts and the blades. That's exactly what I'm hoping for. I hear you on the minor issues. And yeah, while we'd love a super cool MB or even sound...I think it's quite telling that right now with COVID and all the Super Delays that MBs are going to be based on what's available and likely lower to lower-mid tier. But the real question is, can your wife beat the snot out you and have fun doing so? Plus with the fairly basic hilts, you can work on spins and not have to worry as much about drops and about scuffing it up a bit. That's one of the main reasons I went with a MB. I'm too much of a perfectionist...at least I didn't pick these MBs so I can't bitch too much about what comes or the scrapes we put on them. LOL

Nice! I like the upgraded AV switches. That should be a good hilt for spinning and customization on your end. It it's arctic blue that really cool!

Side Question: Did you all get all that you ordered? I ask as I put in for HG blades and 2 circle plugs.

You are literally 1 day behind me (5/17) for our order and the shipping notification was Monday 5/7. So <fingerscrossed> that it will be soon!

Yeah, for a cheapo mystery stunt saber that's going to get scarred up in purpose and wrapped, it's not the end of the world and I can deal with it.

If it had been the black Spectre with no etching and the programmable LEDs and FoC and premium sound that's in my wishlist, then I would be pretty mad.
