I think you're in for a wait on the Consular. And the Princess hasn't even been released, yet; the wait time on that should be very interesting....
That's ok I can wait. Anyways I'm sure I will put in a few more orders between now and then just to help me cope  . |

Me too. I've been waiting 10 weeks now for my Fallen LE. I waited til week 8 to send an email inquiring the status...crickets...I've sent 2 more emails (all very polite and professional) and nothing....debating how much longer to wait....anyone with any advice? |

I wish i did have advice, but I don't...i haven't gotten lucky every time, either; when my first order came in, I sent an email about my second order just out of curiosity, and never got a reply on that one. Today, it was just luck that I got a reply when I did. Timing and patience, that's all I can say. |

I still think I need to wait, or at least attempt to wait, until my other orders are delivered.

Waiting on two ultraedge sabers; one a 24 inch and the other a 32 inch. I get they have to cut the 32 inch due to it being a 'custom' order. I got a back up 24 inch within week (week and a half tops). After this, I'm moving on to a different company.

Hello all! I recently made my first purchase and am having trouble getting a response from US. I have read many reviews, watched YouTube videos and some of the posts here. Is this becoming common practice for them? I am really patient, but I feel like the crazy ex when trying to get a reply on lead time. My order was pretty simple and I can appreciate all factors for the delay ex: COVID, order volume and the like. I do however think a point to giving customers a heads up would be most appreciated. Also, I live in Texas so its only going on week 3 but the raffle started a week after my order. Will this push my order back further or is it a first come/serve deal. Thanks in advance for any help or info and apologies for grammar errors.

Well, it was just over 10 weeks from ordering and 5 weeks after my initial email before I got a reply. I guess that they are working 7 days a week cause the reply email was sent on a Sunday. She explained the delay, apologized for having me wait 5 weeks for an email response and offer me a different option to get my order done within a few business days. It's all about patience I guess. But yeah, gonna to move on to another company after this.... |
