I wish i did have advice, but I don't...i haven't gotten lucky every time, either; when my first order came in, I sent an email about my second order just out of curiosity, and never got a reply on that one. Today, it was just luck that I got a reply when I did.
Timing and patience, that's all I can say.
Well, just got a reply. I guess that someone there is working 7 days a week, cause the reply was sent on a Sunday. She explained the delay, apologized for having me wait 5 weeks for an email response and offer me a different option to get my order done within a few business days. You're right it's all about patience I guess. I'm sticking with my original order. I'm no hurry for it per se. But yeah, gonna have to move on to another company after this.... |

Yeah I was just informed the empress and graflex se were out of stock and they also said my order would be processed in 3-4 weeks 🙂

Quite possible. US is the only place one can get a hilt like the Empress. I think..? |

Luck and timing, I guess? As I mention in the video, I emailed them about a week after the order, twice, and heard nothing. Then at around the 4 week mark, I tried again and got a response almost immediately. *shrug* |
