I gotta say i wasn't much interested in the nickel Guardian, but the more i see it...have to have nickel! It just really brings out the highlights of the hilt!

^Same goes with the Consular and Graflex, but I find as said earlier that it makes the accents of the saber pop more.
That's why I got another, now I might sell my Regular one to a friend.

Yeah I more prefer the regular Guardian over the nickle plated. I should get one sometime since I'm an Obi-wan fan anyway.

Both Guardians are superb, but nickel all the way. For the simple reason that it's a bit more rare, if it were the other way around then normal finish would be the more desirable choice.  |

Thnaks for posting this. Great to see these two side by side  I couldn't decide whether to get the normal or nickel plated version. Now it definitely has to be the nickel plated one! Lucky you have one as Emory says nickel plated are currently out of stock  I'm going to have to play the waiting game for mine! |
