Is it possible to request a saber in RGB if it is not in the color options? (similar to ordering forum colors)

Not that I know of. This is due to the sizes of the hilts not listed as RGB not being big enough to fit all three switches on the hilt, and the electronics inside. :/

I do not believe so, I am assuming the hilts that accommodate it are pre drilled.  You may be able to do so but I doubt it as they may charge a high req fee to get it done as it requires drilling / tapping etc.

Also the size of the hilts, you need to be able to install 3-4 ignition switches.

Which hilt did you have in mind?  Sometimes they are out of a specific hilt and therefore they take off the RGB option until more stock arrives.
