I know the shock is MHS compatible, but is it MHSv1 or MHSv2? The threads changed between 1 and 2, and I'd really like to use a V1 without the adapter because it ads a half inch

Hi.  One of the other members that would know (sorry name unknown) says that if using another guy's MHS that it is v1 for compatibility with the US threads.

Tim's company created the MHS version two for a much slimmer line of hilts that Rob's company has been building.  The MHS that is compatible with Ultrasabers is the original version.

The version two has been billed by people on Facebook as a much more women friendly design.

Personally, I like my sabers like I like my steaks:  big and juicy.

I just want to make use of the style 24 emitter and a pommel that only adds .06 to the saber, trying to compile a nice one handed saber

Awesome.  I am working on one myself.  You'll probably beat me to the finish line and would love to see pictures of your results.  Please share when you are complete.  Thanks.
