Stunning hilt. Just as I was thinking my collection was complete... I agree with you James. I was thinking of buying only two more, a Graflex and a Manticore. Now US introduces the Flamberge. Despite all the negative comments I've seen online about the cross guard lightsaber seen in the Ep VII trailer, I think the idea is intriguing. I will definitely be getting one of these. Now I have to decide which finish I want. The black with silver highlights is very appealing. |

Yet again, amazing work! This saber made me finally register to this forum lol.
I too would like to see pointed crossguard blades and maybe an option for 3" blades.
Just when I thought I narrowed down my purchase. I sure hope we can get the sound from the VII trailer to go with. Since we all know the crossguard saber emits a completely different sound. A more crude, staticky and raw vs the precise, smooth, humming sound were all used to.

I agree, that is a nice looking pommel. I really like how sleek and smoothe the hilt is leading up to the crossguard. Not really a fan of the overall concept but US did a great job designing this one. I might have missed it but is the entire crossguard section removeable to use the main hilt like a regular saber? |

Concluding from the order page it must have 3 LED units because you can choose colours for the main blade, left blade and right blade independently At an additional charge for the secondary LEDs though... |

Wow, this thing is intense! I figured that UltraSabers would be all over this concept given the buzz online after the Ep. VII trailer premiered, but I never thought it would be this quick! Bravo guys, it looks killer.
Funny that you should comment on the name, Flamberge though, Deep. Sounds French and I don't speak French, but Flamberge sounds like something to eat, to me.
