What’s the twisty blue one?
That’s my Frankensaber. The twist is the Azure Mantis and pommel, then the top half is the Azure Dominicide with the emitter from the Savior. That’s been my best guess. |

Do those leave marks on the blades at all? If not, I may get a few for my collection.
The wall hooks I use to display horizontally are great, but they put lots of holes in the wall and I need to be very careful to make all of them level.
Those vertical broom holders look much more convenient

The short answer is: no marks I can detect. The long answer follows below. I use my thumb to press the spring-loaded “ball” on the left side as I put the saber in place, and also to remove it. I don’t have marks that I can see, no matter whether the blade is ignited or not. Sometimes I think I can feel where both the left and right sides were touching the blade, but every time I do that, I rub my hands across the spot, and I realize that what I am actually feeling is tiny bits of rubber/silicone/dust/something that have transferred to the blade from the holder, because two or three swipes with my fingertips, and the blade is as smooth as it was before I put it in the holder. If the rubber/silicone is actually rubbing off the holder, then I suppose that after enough insertions and removals, bare plastic will eventually touch the blade, and small scratches might start accumulating. If that’s what happens, then get yourself some Flex-Seal, and apply it to the contact surfaces of the holder, and once it dries, you’re good to go again. |

Thanx. The wife and I are looking buying our first house, so I thinking of display ideas that are easier than screwing 2 hooks per saber into the wall that each have to match a saber in order to be level. That broom rack might be the answer. - |
