Thanks, though I recognized the hilts. I meant "whatever it is" in regards to blade count.  It could be considered a quad blade, even though the cross blades are short.  They're still blades and can cut you. (just ask Finn )

one thing I'm curious about....can a malice axe blade be reverse mounted.....I have an idea. I plead the 2nd for now.

it is possible bigBear but it would make it very hard to wield and spin since those things are really heavy and reverse mounting them not only switches the weight point drastically but it will probably cover most of hilt if not all of it. A double sided saberstaff would be hard to wield as well only thing i can think of that might work is a yari spear which i recently ordered two of extension and might try to make something out of it when i get my new candies

I checked esterday with my malice to how it wold look but there is a problem. The bottm part of emitter gets in the way (the silver part under the claws in malice) when you reverse the claws if you can find soething thinner to put at there which will hold the led it might work

When I first started this whole lightsaber collecting thing I was already aware of some custom sabersmits but they were all asking for a long time for a huge amount (probably worths the money and wait but it was going to my first saber so didn't want to wait too long for it) and while searching for I found ultrasabers I looked at the selection of sabers and there were a couple of them that caught my eyes like raven and omens unfortunately though neither were available at time and were on backorder. I was planning to make a double sided raven saber eventually however when i saw other sabers and connectors and spear extends something bizarre lit on my mind. A monstrous abomination an onorthodox saberstaff with two different sabers not to mention that each saber would be unortodox themselves. Thus my abomination series started however from the start what i have in mind was a true monster true beast an abomination of abominations.

Here I present a forbidden forgotten monster from debts of all ever chaotic plane of limbo. From a race that even instill fear into sith even before ancient times manage to build and wield this abomiantion of abominations.

Here I present you;

The Monster

((For comparison reasons the TV behind The Monster is a 65 inch one. I could easily do this saber with just one or three or more but i wanted to have the piece in the middle to be unique and looking good somehow just one extender didn't give the impression in the middle so I used two with the middle couple being different. blades are 40' heavy grade ultraedges and hilt alone with claws at same height as me around 6 feet I am planing to use 16 inch blades later to see how it could be wield but so far it was not as heavy as it looked in the pic. The hilts are dark war galive and raven so far my two favorite hilts. I could do this with any of the abomination series but malice and flamberge are too heavy to have pa proper balance and can only be used with each other and having crossguard at one end would beat the purpose making this a true staff and like I mentione in an earlier post these two forms my favorite saberstaff at the moment))
