I have a sister that's an Ironman. She's not an athlete, but she is in good shape. She says the key is to just keep moving, even if it's at barely a crawl.
as an ex-personal trainer who has run half marathons and done tough mudder and the spartan run, your sister is correct. Always keep moving, even if it is slowly. Another tip is to find a comfortable rhythm. Find a speed that you are comfortable with and remember to breathe (so many people breathe incorrectly. but it comes with practice) |

In my garden i have a variety called "Mara des Bois" (Do not know the translation ... if there is a translation). It is very big strawberries that taste like the little ones you can find in the wood ... This strawberries can match easily your "crunchy nut cornflakes"!!!!!! |

So the Ultimate Prize in Sith Lore is not immortality or ultimate power, but a bowl of cornflakes? Seems like a lot of the grandstanding and posturing by the Sith over the milennia could have been almost totally avoided by them not being cheapskates and spending the $2.99 for a box of cereal at the local grocery store...
