Is anyone experiencing good weather
anywhere?
what do you call 'good'? It was 95.7 F (35.4C) here at max today. And partly cloudy so a bit humid. Thats good compared to yesterday (100F). Not so wonderful that I was out sanding foam armour in it however. The things we do for the love of costuming..... |

What she said.  It's cold, it's snowy, but at least I'm alive. Hey all! I survived surgery...now the fun begins. Complete left rotor cup rebuild, reattached three tendons.
I have had serious injury before...my right knee went backwards, I once stood on my right ankle, etc. But the big difference is being 49 and not 19 or 29. The pain is high lol.
But we move forward!
Thanks for all the well wishes...if they were fishes I would need a sea to keep them all in!

I'll trade ya Pass thank you. I like warm weather. Much as I one day want to see snow, I'm pretty sure I will get over the excitement of "ooo its white fluffy snow" pretty quick and just sit there swearing about the cold and how I can't wait to get back to where it is warmer. I don't even like it during our winters here, and they aren't what you snowy people would call cold. |

I know. You people from the some tropics. "Whaah. It's only in the mid to high 40's. It sooo cold." I jest. We've just had a couple of winters that have been colder than average. Normally it bearable. But I wouldn't trade summers with you. I'm Hoth now, but in a couple of months it'll be Naboo. |
