Well ... you know ... considering food, i think that i can enjoy A LOT of things ... including Denny's  Unfortunately, we do not have this type of restaurant in my area ... Imagine the best kind of food done the worst way, that sums up Denny's. I hurt one of my knees pretty bad about ten years ago, and when it gets dry outside it grinds a little. |

Just chopped up a shot glass in the garbage disposal. I had no idea the husband had used one recently and I turned on the disposal without checking. Oooooh boy. I hope I can use the shop vac to get all that glass out and that I can get the damn thing working again. GOOD TIMES.

Quick tip, most garbage disposals have a manual crank on the bottom that you can turn with an appropriately large size hex wrench. Whenever my disposal gets stuck on something (including an aforementioned shot glass) that my wife or kid accidently left in there, yes I try to get everything out first but inevitably there is a piece left in that you can grind up by manually turning the gear. When done and it is working again, throw in a bunch of ice to crush up and clean it up. |
