Made this as a camp knife for a family with young ones. It has a seax feel to it, though I kept a belly on it so it could be used for skinning if one were so inclined(not the best for it, but it would work).  Made out of 5160, and hardened and tempered.  I kept the handle on the smaller side. A full hand can hold it, but a smaller hand can hold it better... you know, for the kids.

Had a buddy of mine clean up my Grandfather's Ka-Bar that he used in World War II. I wanted to display it next to some of my other WWII trinkets.  The balance of the blade is simply amazing- like an extension of the body.  It also feels dangerous.  I often wonder the stories a blade like this could tell.

I love it, MP.  I have my service one that my Commander approved of me taking it home.  That one has lots of stories to tell, most which I'd rather not discuss but service ones have see action, I tell ya.

Found these two lock back folders in a drawer and they're prob 30+ years old and showing them along side my wife's knife.  She just claimed the small lock back for herself
