I did the (3) $200 mystery boxes and the two of the three  sabers I would like to switch leds. The one sabers is Dark Apprentice v4 in arctic blue and the other is Sentinel LE v4 in fire orange.
I would like put the fire orange into the Dark Apprentice v4 and then I would like to get Violet Amethyst and put that into Sentinel LE v4. What are the problems I might get to if I do this?
I do know that the Violet Amethyst uses a combining two diodes to create the Color. Both sabers has Flash on Clash too.

As pointed out to me earlier today, the VA uses 2 diodes, which, as the batteries drain, will cause one to fade and the color to become more red.

It was suggested that if you're going to use VA, switch to Li-Ion batteries and a Buck Puck to keep the power between the diodes even as the batteries drain.

For starters, you'll void your warranty.  Other than that, there's no difference in the LED modules used by the Apprentice and Sentinel lines, so it's a simple enough swap.

As pointed out to me earlier today, the VA uses 2 diodes, which, as the batteries drain, will cause one to fade and the color to become more red.

And then there's that.  Not a huge deal, though.
