"No device connected." Problem

So I've been swinging around with my ultrasaber diamond controller lightsaber. Everything is fine, adjustments through the launcher can be made and no problems really occur on the saber for sound changes or lights. However when I decide to load a sound font lets say for example the "Cat Font" to my obsidian launcher part, my device never gets connected.

The launcher tells me exactly this. "No device connected, please connect a saber and select a bank. You can load a font from your hard drive." And yes I can load a font perfectly from my hard drive by basically selecting the Cat Font but even though my lightsaber is plugged in in the order that must be followed for the launcher to recognize and even though I can change pretty much everything else, I just can't seem to load a font just due to this annoying sentence. I wandered around so much in the "Technical" section, in the "Ultrasabers discussion" section and many others but I just couldn't find a topic based on my problem. I am ready to follow whatever's necessary to fix this, hence I ask help from this helpful community.

Again, sabers plugged and loaded perfectly, however no sound fonts can be changed from either obsidian soundboard or diamond controller part in the launcher (diamond controller part can't even find the Cat Font file in my PC)
