We are having problems with both of our new sabers, One will not light up and we exchanged batteries with the one that does and nothing, The other the blade is coming loose.
What should we do to have them fixed.
I am being patient awaiting a response, this is my third email and If I don't get a response, I will have to post negative reviews everywhere I can as I spent nearly $200 on this Toy and have only had the chance to use it once. Not acceptable!! If 2 people or 20 people listen to my caution and negative review on line, it will make a difference to you.
Hey you're meant to say acknowledge in here to say you'll follow the rules then you can post in another chat or create 1 to ask for advice anyway I know ultrasabers have been having problems with there emails so everyone just has to be patient and they should get back to you when they can
