The Star Wars Kids Youtube Channel has been putting out animated versions of a few of the key scenes from the films.  The art style maybe not as "refined" as it could be but I kind of like em.  Especially the Could City Battle and Vader's Rage.

I agree some things could be more refined, but it certainly adds a different dynamic to the scenes.
