Hey, i emailed shipping@ultrasabers.com about a return almost a week ago. How long does it usually take them to reply?

It can take some days right now as there's much backlog and it's a quite generic email address. I recommend emailing Marlena from Customer Service directly via marlena@ultrasabers.com. She is normally quite fast with responding.

Have you tried emailing Marlena directly? I emailed her yesterday and she got back with me today. Marlena@ultrasabers.com

Marlena is great. The website doesn't offer her email which is a shame because it seems like most have zero luck emailing customer service or calling their number.

I talked with her earlier today. She said they are crazy busy and she has a large backlog of emails to get through.
