I received my order from TwinRosesDesigns last friday (the 22nd). The workmanship is superb, the only problem...way, way to big. I now have to take them in to get alterations. I measured twice and came up with the same sizes. I think she just added a bit too much for shrinkage and a loose fit. Hope your order fairs better. Would I order again from them-yes.
Interesting... I specifically requested that she make them more form fitting for me, since I'm going for more of a Luke ROTJ look and less of a traditional Jedi look, so we'll see how it goes. |

did my wicked armor do your costume? I am having him make a revan for me and it looks exactly like yours, very kick ass. love it.
I picked it up from a 501st member it looked amazing. I would say though the armor needs a little work on the top holding it in. I had to make something better then those thin lace like straps they put on the armor. I love the costume! I can't wait for the Old republic to come out though haha |

Guess I oughta post some pics too... Enjoy! My personal favorite:  The lightsaber glow is not embellished at all in these. In fact, I had to dim it a bit in this photo.  Then I had a moment of Darkside...  I overexposed my blade a little bit here.  Some Juyo/Ataru  This is the ready stance of my own personal mix of the styles. Single saber; one handed; really really fast.  |

@Manroon: Yeah, that's just a standard Orange / Red Phantom split in two, on moderately high battery.
@Nero: The tunic/robe is an old dress I modified to fit properly, and then added the red highlights. The leather pieces that I'm wearing on my upper arms I made myself, along with the belt. The cloth wrapping on my hand I found in the bottom of a scrap pile, and the boots I ordered.
@Threadjack: I'm surprised you don't know of this force power... overpowering your blade so that it blinds those who look upon it can be quite useful.
