Flsh on clash/Lockup not working

Just received a week ago. everything worked fine. Battery died, Recharged and it still worked perfectly. 2nd recharge when we turned the blade back on the flash on clash and lockup flashing had stopped working. It is still making the noise properly when theyre supposed to they just not flashing or changing colors anymore. Went into the settings on the computer to make sure everything was fine and even set to default but still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Also as far as i can tell the wiring looks fine but i can only see so far down the hilt.
