Key things to see:
joining pieces using contact cement
sealing the outside and paints
the removable magnet hinged targetting arm thingy
free patterns for Boba and Djin' helmets.


This looks like a good primer on using foam, especially seeing how he joins pieces and finishes the surface.  So it's useful beyond just the project, it's the foundation of crafting with foam (which I've seen folks working with).

That's great, thanks for sharing! In most of the Mandalorian helmet tutorials they make it bigger and wider than it is supposed to be and it looks horrible for me but this one is quite good actually. I can't wait to start working on one. I'm in Portugal right now looking for a property for sale in Costa Blanca but as soon as I'm back I'll start working on it.
