I have a Raven that came with an Obsidian board but this was purchased sometime around 2011 or 2012. They can't get me the invoice since it was too old so I don't know the exact date. Therefore I don't know what version of the board I have. But I know at one point in the past I was able to load various sounds and colors on. I have installed and opened the latest v4 launcher as administrator. I then turn on the saber. I don't have a full cord for this type of connection so I'm using a mini usb 2.0 adapter and then plugging it into my PC. All of my USB ports are USB 3.0 A or C. I don't have an USB 2.0 ports. Anyways, nothing happens. I hear the windows sound beep but look in device manager and get "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting with the launcher open and waiting, but it never gets to installing drivers or connecting in any way. It seems like perhaps windows is interfering here but I'm not sure. Could anyone help?
