Editing is underrated, my wife turned me on to Harry Potter, and they were great books,

She also took a mild interest in the Twilight Series, those books were so poorly edited that I gave up after the first few pages. I'm anti gammar police but dear god those books did not even make an effort.

Sorry if someone mentioned this already but Klingons.  I want to see Vor'chas and B'rels mixing it up with Imp StarDeuces.  I want to see an epic Bat'leth  vs lightsaber  duel.

I want to see Klinks and Mandos blowing the everliving snot out of stuff.

As of the regular races/species - I would like to see some Final Fantasy creatures as Star Wars alien species. Tonberries, Malboros, Cactuars, Moogles, Chocobos - the stuff like that.
