I hate being sick. So do I. At least my cold hasn't fully come yet, so I might be able to get away without it, but we'll see.

You exist. So what are going to do with this information? My life isn't particularly noteworthy, but it has it's upsides. I have a firmly held belief that wherever I am, is exactly where I am supposed to be. My purpose in that location is not always clear, but I am there none the less, and my presence will have an impact. Like right now, I'm working a crap job, but it gives me time to forum, and try to help you through your bad time.
It took me 30-some-odd years to realize that there is no cookie-cutter recipe for success in life. Be yourself, because that is all you are ever going to be. Just be the best version of you, and forget about measuring up to what others expect. There has never been another you, nor will there ever be again. (Even if you're cloned.)
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ SO THIS! ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ point! I am believing this now more, too, and I am feeling less stressful about the world around me and more at peace with the person not only that I am now but the person that I could become without the distractions I throw at myself worrying about how others may judge me, and it echoes almost perfectly what John Barrowman said in his panel this last weekend at Salt Lake Comic Con, where he told someone in the Q&A who was doubtful of themselves the following: "Never apologize for being you. Never, ever. Be positive about yourself, be strong about yourself, and if somebody doesn't like you, you know what? Screw'em. You don't need'em in your life."

Thanks, but it won't last. This is the second time today I've had -1285. This petty bullshell is really getting tired. I really just wish the loser would PM me and have it out.

Compromise. Next time, the passed over friends get priority.
Other times, it seems like all I'm doing is irking a troll that seems bent on stealing all my points because he doesn't like what I have to say. Whaaah!
It took me 30-some-odd years to realize that there is no cookie-cutter recipe for success in life. Be yourself, because that is all you are ever going to be. I know this may all sound like it-belongs-in-a-Hallmark-card level cliché, but I have found it to be fundamentally true.
I like that. Do other folks really spend hours of their time each day thinking about what I do/what I should do? It's their time wasted, not mine. And let you picture floating yourself above your room that your are in, then the place you live, then the town/city, then the country and then outside of this planet and beyond, you are just one tiny insignificance in the universe irrelevant to the enormity of space. So all that really matters is how you feel yourself and those that you care.

Yo! Looks like we finally got a place! Were probably moving in this week so. Its right next to our mom's place too so that works out. I'll be back to posting here soon. Like all we gotta do is go over, like the place, then sign. Were gonna like it right away anyway so, tired of being picky on places to live at

I too am tired of being sick. My wife and I have been passing a sore throat back and forth for a month now. So ... many ... forum ... inappropriate ... comments ... I'll trade all of you being sick for having to go shopping at Joann's with my wife. Because that's ~5 hours or so I'll never get back. For those of you who don't know this is what a Joann's is: http://www.joann.com . Sewing, arts and crafts. For Helloween is upon us, and there is much decorating to do. Despite having a ton of decorations left from last year....

If I were shopping for that, yes. Although that's it's own separate ordeal. Y'all don't undstand shopping with my wife. It's the archetype of how differntly men and women tend to shop. I'll look through the store to see if there is anything interesting after getting what I came for. Depending on how much I'm getting, that takes an hour at the most. She wanders the entire store, picking up everything that may be interesting. That takes at least an hour. Then we sort through what we picked out, usually requiring a second cart, putting a few things back. With debate, that's about 30 minutes. Then we go through the entire store again to find stuff that may go with the stuff we're getting. That's another hour. Then we go through the entire store again to make sure we haven't missed anything. That's another hour. Then we sort everything, usually requiring a third cart, into what it's going to be used for. That's at least 30 minutes. Then we go through the store again, looking for the "you know what would be great with this" stuff. That's at least 30 minutes. Then we do a final sorting, deciding, debating, comparing, and arguing. That's a minimum of 30 minutes. Then we finally check out. Usually we don't have more than 2~3 carts full of stuff, though we did hit 5 one time. Thank goodness they allow you to use multiple coupons. We saved over $300 with those once....

I know your pain, friend. While my girlfeiend doesn't spend 5 hours in Joann's, she once spent 3 and a half hours once. It was a total waste of time, she should have picked the first dabric she saw, which she eventually went with, only to shop around. It is just not Joann's, though. Everywhere. Have a point on me, friend.
