DC Collectibles finally pissed me off. Why would you use window cling material for decals. They dont stay on, ever! So my new Batcomputer has decals half on, looks like garbage. Grrr.

I can get them on but they fall off hours later. I guess that is the price to pay for the light up feature. |

Finally had to freak out on my neighbor and his loud-ass truck. It was 7:30 on a Saturday and he was outside, revving the engine and just generally being loud. I came flouncing outside in my bathrobe looking psychotically displeased and he immediately shut the truck off. He said he "didn't think I could hear it." MY BEDROOM IS FACING HIS DRIVEWAY. I didn't even have to say anything. He just went inside his house and shut the door. Haven't heard a peep from that damn truck all day.  |

It seems as though I am viewed as a bitter alcoholic by most of the people I work with and my friends.
I don't think it would hurt as much if it were something they expressed concern about by talking to me about, but making it the but of a joke they didn't know I could overhear is more than a little disheartening. I used to think that people might think highly of me because I try to do kind things for the people around me and I don't generally speak ill of others. But I am the but of their jokes about alcoholism and cynicism.

Well hasn't it been a great week.. Friday, circuit board from machine got fried, Monday it got replaced but the heat sensor, which keeps it from overheating, broke. Tuesday, some part came loose, we had to dissamble and reassemble a hard to reach part. Today (Wednesday) a different part got stuck and bended a pretty important, expensive and hard to replace part. Have to wait till tomorrow for an engineer and have to figure out why the first part got stuck anyway, other wise replacing the bend part will be useless.
Atleast I can smoke some cigarettes while waiting every damn day.

I wouldn't doubt it, but it's a long running joke at a radio station I listen to.. any odd, pun like name and they say "great band btw, just saw them last night." Kinda a brew hahaha about all the indie bands trying desperately to make it on the scene.. Anyways, I'll shut up now |
