shrink down to 1" when ever you like
or
shrink others down to 1", as many as you can touch (to activate the shrinking) and for as long as you can hold your breath

Gotta go with the naga/Drakaina Skythia body. Snakes are pretty strong (considering that the snake trunk would have the same width as my torso... yeah, that's some serious muscle) and can climb where many other critters can't.
