That's very tough... I love the history of Italy but the New Zealand-ness of New Zealand... ATBE, I'd go with Italy.
Would you rather go on a luxurious vacation or an expedition to a remote location?

Depends on the location. Himalayas would be preferable over a French luxurious vacation.
Would you rather go on a photography trip somewhere historical (outside the US) or on a cultural geography trip to somewhere historical (same thing)?

Never be able to wear the same set of clothes more than once a month. I don't think that would be a problem for me.

Jerk boss, definitely. I've never had a well-paying job before, but I've had jerk bosses, and people that almost treated me like family; I feel like I hated work either way. The money would be a nice perk.
