I started a new topic for this, this costume is a budget Starkiller Training Gear outfit from The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition.
I picked this costume for one of the company's year end parties, which was themed: Villains and Superheroes.
The costume is mostly created from existing materials on hand, I outsourced the sewing aspect as I have 0 skill in sewing

Here are some reference images of the Training Gear outift:

And I used the image gallery from
The Flagship EclipseFirst important thing to know is I don't wear brown, or colour in general, so my colour scheme for this was black and grey.
Here's the outfit:

The components of my costume:
Pants: The easiest part, I used a pair of black jeans.
Shirt: I used an old long-sleeve black top that was a bit too short for me, I simply cut the sleeves to mimic the tears on Starkiller's outfit
Hands: A colleague let me use his black martial arts handwraps and showed me how to wrap them, this gave me the wrapped glove look.
Bandages: Bandages are cheap to buy and there were some at home as well, I used crepe bandages mostly as they are stretchy.
Belts: This part was the most expensive part: I bought 6 black leather belts at the flea market, 5 of them are identical and the buckles could be changed, I bought 5 black buckles with these and turned the buckles the wrong way around so that the belts could be joined together, with the ends underneath the previous belt. I then wrapped the 6 belts around and buckled the end of the first belt in to the buckle of the last.
Loin Cloth: This was outsourced (to the mother for her L33t sewing skills), it is grey material with an elastic waistband. It's kinda like a partial skirt, the ends were cut to have the tattered look.
Boots: This was tricky as I don't have any actual boots. I used some rugged looking work shoes as the base but it looked weird to wrap the bandages as my legs looked too skinny for the shoes. As a last minute idea I got some corrugated packing cardboard from the garage, cut out 2 1m x 30cm pieces and then further divided the 1m pieces in to 3 pieces. I layered the 3 pieces over each other and wrapped them around my lower leg and stapled them together in their rough position.
I then took the 2 "shin guards" and spraypainted them black, once done I used a ballpoint pen to make 2 holes on each side of the guards and used string to tie them in place on my legs. The bandage wrapping did most of the work holding these in place and made it look more like boots.
Armour: The armour was also a tricky issue, I didn't have as much time or practice to try making foam armour, I considered cardboard but ended up with a more comfortable solution: a thin polo fleece covered in the grey material (as used for the loincloth), straps were added with the front ones having velcro so that the material harness-like armour could be closed up.
Lightsaber: I used my FO Raven (standard claws, SS pommel) and simply changed the MLS to Blazing Red. I wore my covertec clip and had my blade plug and hex wrench in the office so that I could take the blade out when needed (think food)

An evil glow in my eyes, the Dark Side is strong here.

And that's just how much that Blazing Red blazes

Ah, a chance to sit and have a chat after food

Ha! My power exceeds your flash, camera!
Well that's all I have for now
