Just curious if we could make and sell custom sounds for our sabers? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I didnt know where to post this.

It is the right thread indeed! No matter what you do for sounds, save them as: Make sure you keep the sound clip length around 5 seconds tops (this helps to keep the maximum size under 900kb which is necessary for the clip to work - for now). Apart from that, the only limit is what you record and what you do with it! |

If the sounds are yours, you are free to do with them whatever you want. Just keep in mind that unless you have permission from the owners of Ultrasabers, you will not be able to post them on the forums for sale. Anywhere else if fair game though. Now that I am done with the legalese, I look forward to hearing what you have created. I have heard some really great stuff come from our members including an Imperial March hum. |

I was thinking that I would just give them out for free. I cant see making money on something that in the long run some one else has created. All I did was tweek a little bit here and there and captured ALOT of sounds from the movies lol. If any one would like to try it shoot me a pm and I would be happy to send ya the font.

Dark Side Point for your generosity and insane sound skills, Vane.  I haven't had a chance to go over the font yet, but I'm hoping to be able to charge up some batteries and get it loaded on my Shock Friday or Saturday! This is gonna be a blast to try out! I'm very much a lightsider, but I've long had a love of the deep throaty Vader Hum. There's something cool about lower pitched lightsabers.... |

More fonts. xp Do make some lower itched saber themed fotns though. Maybe a Jedi font next. PM me the font when that is done. xp Send it in .lsu format too so its not too hard for me to get.

Fonts are amazing....very crisp and just what I was looking for! I especially loved the clash, sounded just like the classic saber action for the original trilogy. How hard is it to convert a .wav file to .lsu file...did you find how to convert them on here? Bravo on the fonts fellow Sith Brother!! Dark Points for you on a flawless execution of font magic

It's actually quite easy to do this. Take any .wav file. Run it through a editing software. I use audacity. Then use the lsu converter and your fine. Download to your board and walla. Thanks for the great review my friend. I'm ad you liked the font.
