I am Building 2 Identical Stunt Sabers for a Twi'Lek Character.
Sabers will be 10-12 inches when finished not sure on blade color yet.
Probally gonna sport 5w leds and stick style bat packs since the saber will top load
all of the hilt electronics.

Smiley its electro plated copper/Brass hand cut ( not by me ). im always on the lookout for odd things to make sabers out of. It was filled with glass but i knocked that out sanded it and will put a 2 part sleve inside to house the electronics and add Fimo Bakable clay to the hold to add dimension and color

SY or Emerald Green. But regardless of color, that is beautiful and kind of reminds me of some sort of hindu art. Very nice and unique saber.

This, or Adegan Silver depending on the character.  Either way, that is a great saber!  Point.

Out of curiosity, have you tried figuring out a way, either some sort of metal frame or clear tubing, so that all the electronics would be visible through metal weave pattern... this is just screaming for a visible emitter crystal set up inside it.

I actually plan to polish the tube to mirror shine, then use translucent bake polymer clay to fill the holes with half domes offering the illusion of glass.

Filled down a US MLS module since they were the easiest to modify to fit the 1" tube stock. I plan to put the battery and switch on a PVC sled. Still searching for the right momenary switch. wont need a recharge port due to using a single 18650  battery holder and maybe a buckpuck.

That looks like it could be straight out of KOTOR or earlier.  It is beautiful!
