So as the title asks ... I can't seem to find any info on the saber-product page itself ... Does the Prophecy blades use AA or AAA batteries, and how many? :-)

This depends on blade color, not hilt.

Bane RGB - white FoC (for my brother)

Uh... Sounds weird, but ok! Some more info then;
I've ordered a doublehilt prophecy, one of them is perma red the other one is RGB Smiley

Anyone know?

The red side will use 2 AAA, the RGB side will use 4 AAA.

indeed all depends on color from what I've noticed my Dark Prophecy in SRD uses 4 AAA, I'm guessing here but it seems as it's a blue and green mixed which would require the extra 2 batteries? dunno just how it seems to me

The Prophecy uses AAA batts.  How many it uses depends on color.

Does it matter if the batteries are 1.2volt instead of 1.5?
