BUT, if you're going to DIY, you'll still need the soldering supplies to do the wiring. Generally speaking, if you're just getting a stunt saber, it's worth it just to let them do the soldering since it's pretty much a direct drive LED. The soundboard option can get a bit pricey through Ultrasabers, but most soundboards cost about $100 anyway and you run the risk of heat damaging your components if you're not experienced with soldering. But, you can buy an empty shock hilt and the switches, and a battery pack with an attached speaker from the US website and do the rest yourself. You'll have to supply your own soundboard for the time being though, I can't find those on the site yet.
