im new to the saber world and was wondering just how durable the ultra edge heavy grade blades are?
I haven't seen one broken yet and my group of friends and I go pretty hard. We all have UEHG blades - they seem durable enough to feel solid and secure, but just flexible enough to keep from breaking on really hard hits - it feels a little like the "sweet spot" on a baseball bat when they hit hard (when it seems like the shock in the bat is less than the hit). I'm sure you could break them if you try, but accidental breakage from HARD use doesn't seem possible from what I've seen.
The backs of my legs can also testify to their stoutness!
