I don't have either, but I've seen both and I can testify that both are sort of between blue and green, just leaning one way or another. SRD is definitely more towards the green side of the spectrum, while the Arctic Blue is much more of a blue color.

heres a full spectrum of the blue-green colors offered by US. Guardian Blue, Arctic Blue, Sunrider's Destiny, and Consular Green. -not the GB is a lux III LED not a p4 -all them are using reflectors from US except for the p4 green wich is using a 5 degree collimator lense. Very cool. I note that the Arctic looks very green by itself, and only really looks blue when next to SRD or CG.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I'll have to see it in person, cause I know how cameras screw with the colors, but I'm kinda turned off by it. I much prefer the SRD.

I consider Sunriders Destiny to be a Emerald Shade, It's a Truly Beautiful Color  , and probably in my top 3 favorite Colors from Ultra. I am planing on getting my Luke ANH converted to a SRD, and put the screws into it's main body to give it a look of a Luke ESB, it will be a Magnificent Saber When I am Done  Got to Love Arctic Blue as well though  , A Truly Beautiful Shade of Cyan |

Usually I'm with Wraith and Raze, but I think I'm the odd man out here. I find the SRD to be a little too "minty" and passive looking - it just doesn't do it for me. The Arctic Blue on the other hand I love! In person it looks a little more blue than the photo up there (IMO) - but I am a fan. I have seen them both in person (owned a SRD and a friend has AB) and just think mint green for SRD and ice blue for AB and you've got the idea - it really just depends on what look you want for your saber.

thanks for the comparison i was looking for this info i prefer the arctic blue color i remember when ultra used to offer lux III's and the color of SRD was determined by bin number so it was kindof random on what shade of cyan you would get, you would either get a light mint green or a light blue and i got a light blue cyan and i love how it looked but sadly i had to sell the saber in the past but now i at least know what color to order if i want that nice cyan color i've been missing  |

no problem. i've played around with both sabers alot and i always go back and forth between wich i like better. although the SRD is my gf's and not mine so i don't get to use it as much. if i had to pick a color name i'd call the SRD around a seafoam green and the artic blue an ice/ electric blue. both are great options, its just buyer preference to wich they get
