Did anyone else get an email this morning from US about their lack of customer support recently?  I just resent my email so hopefully they will be actually responding this time since they didn't last time I emailed 2-3 weeks ago.

"We have been faced with many, many challenges over the past several months.  And we have overcome them all and are still here working 7 days a week & 24 hours a day fabricating and shipping out your favorite custom sabers.  We are now faced with yet another challenge.  Due to an error by our former lead customer service representative we have lost access to all our emails sent to us prior to 05/25/2020.  This means we cannot read or reply to any emails sent before today.

If you have an outstanding customer service issue and have yet to get a reply please email us at [email protected] and we will reply and get you taken care of asap.  If you haven't gotten a reply yet then that email has been deleted from the server.  Please resend the email to [email protected] and we will reply and get you taken care of."

I didn't get an email.
I went ahead and cracked off an email of my own to see if I can get whatever is available shipped out as my first order and just have the second orders shipment hold for whatever is holding up the works. I'm waiting on 4 empty hilts and 5 blades across 2 orders places on 4/10 and 4/23.  They would probably even save some shipping costs by putting all of the blades in one shipment.

WooHoo! Just got my shipping confirmation on my 5/5 order.
"A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one"

Still processing on my 4/26 order, which is odd because they are both stunt staffs. They only major difference was the older order has Liion batteries.

Did anyone else get the customer service issue email?
It seems an error made by a "former" lead CSR caused them to not get any emails from before 5/25.
So if you emailed them in the past month with no reply, that's why.

Congrats! This gives me hope that my 5/1 or 5/13 order could be shipped soon.

Hello everyone! I just recently purchased my first saber and can't wait to get it! I've been checking my email and reading the forums hourly. I ordered my saber on 5/14, so I'm only a little over a week. I'm just curious to see how long everyone else been waiting for and what you ordered?
I've ordered several sabers since December and the wait times seem fairly random.
Waited 5 weeks for my first order for stunt sabers
Waited 2 months for the next which included a Lite sound saber
Got a Mystery box in 10 days
Had a Premium sound saber ship exactly at 3 weeks.

Today I got an order complete notice from an order I placed 5/5 for another stunt staff, so less than 3 weeks on that.
Yet I have an order order for a similar stunt staff that is still processing from 4/26, so that will be over a month old soon.

It really feels random, but there's loads of factors that could be going on. Particular LED colors could be out, battery packs could be running short, a specific hilt may be out, etc.
I think if something will cause a significant delay, they'll let you know when they get to your order.

Sounds like it’ll be anywhere from 3-8 weeks before I get an update. Fortunately I’ve got plenty to keep my mind off the varied wait times but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this thread.

Submitted my emails for the change, Then the email came this morning and I resubmitted my changes. I hope I can get the upgrade handled, Trying to get it upgraded to the Obsidian premium with li-on / Buckpuck.

Thats a good set up on sabers. i feel you will be fine on the follow up emails since you resubmitted the request today.

Indeed. The wait is hard and it seems impossible to predict when you'll get your order, but sooner or later it will come.
I think a 4-6 week expectation is fair, but I also wouldn't worry too much until you get to 2 months. After 2 months, it's most likely their is a part on order or something holding it up, so sending a status email is good around then

I ordered a Dominix LE V5 in blazing red with premium sound on 5/14 so it sounds like I have quite a bit of a wait left.
