Well I just ordered a Quick-Ship Aeon with a blue blade. I'll be thinking about how I can customize it. You said Weathering and what else? I'd love to make it my own. But yeah I dunno. I may look into better AAA style batteries. And I may send in my Maul to get it converted. Sounds like a good idea to me. I do eventually want to get the other end of the Maul, but we'll see.  |

Ah very nice. I don't get the one with the wires, But I like those. Very nice. Hopefully it will get here soon. I look forward to seeing how I like it. I may try adding to the grip or something but I'm not sure. Metal seems to move better in my hand I think. |

I just got done modifying my Standard Issue today actually. Had some black leather on it, but took it off and switched the colors, also made it thinner to wrap around the hilt. When it comes to customizing, well, there are ways to do it so it does not impact your dueling. I personally try to keep things away from the emitter. So I may paint the top of the hilt to give it a little bit of personality, while adding maybe a few things to the bottom of the hilt where my hand may not be as much. But, of course, it depends on how you fight and what is comfortable for you. In my own opinion, if it is going to be a saber you use a lot, stay basic and dont put too much on it, but maybe try some painting or weathering, or even some grips or wrappings.

So I see. Ah. I've seen them drive up multiple times on Saturday, but I guess that's not always. Thanks. Guess I'll have to just keep waiting, but I would figure they would have started sending it on Friday, or does that count as the "weekend" for this? mnn I want my saber dang it!
