How do you upload a pic from ur PC/ I try the insert image but I just get is there a way to browse for your photo? Sorry I am a not much of a PC guy.

You have to use a photo hosting site such as Flickr or Photobucket. You upload your pics to that site. Each pic will have an address or code that you use for the Insert Image.
