I suppose in comparison to the Tri- CG and BR the GB is not all that bright. But it still totally lights up a room. I just wish that the Tri could handle at least a white FoC. If I recall you can live without the flash... but I want as much bling effects as possible lol.   Ok yeah that's how I feel about Tri-AS, it could be brighter but it's still pleasant to behold. I feel like certain Lee filters (yellows/limes) make a Tri-AS blade brighter - I don't know how lol. Yes I can go without FoC but I still really enjoy it too. Many other companies have a tri-led with FoC which is the best solution IMO. |

Project OB1, started life as an Arbiter, now in TRI Guardian Blue. (The Artic Blue TRI LED I have is a little green, may be misaligned or just a crudy solder job on the quick disconnect, I was in a hurry that day and could use a better iron)  |

I found a new blue. (at least, for me) It's a Tri Cree XP-E2 in blue, blue, white. The saber did have sound and FoC and was rewired into a stunt, so I twisted the main and FoC wires together and ran them back to the battery negative. The result is more pale than Arctic blue, I'm calling it frost blue:  |
