a non-rgb version is ten and a half inches, from the tip of the emiter to the base of the pommel.

9 1/2 Inches, last I checked mine. Might have only been 9. I forget. Right there though, one or the other. Short hilt, but JUST long enough to be the perfect hand-and-a-half saber.  |

Thanks guys, i ordered one and i forgot too check the hilt size, the initiate i good for 2 hands with me so im sure the propecy will be a great saber, 1 and 2 hands

Standard length for a blade from Ultra Sabers is 36 inches, unless you specify otherwise/you get an initiate saber. So take that, and take away about 1.5 - 2 inches for how much it actually sticks into the hilt, and there ya have it!

I have never done it, but I suppose you could. You would have to cut through the blade, and then re-glue the reflective film on the inside (which I think might be the hardest part about this whole thing, since you have to make sure its all straight.) When did you place your order? You might be able to e-mail US ( [email protected]) before its all put together and ask if you can get something shorter.... I know they also do 32 inch blade or a 24 inch blade. They might just be able to help you out, which could save you some headache in the long run. |
