I do not know what this City of Ember is, but this is what I scored:
Mold scraper!
Often unappreciated because you do such a good job, keeping the mold at bay...few jobs are more important or taken for granted.
Very nice, the guy with bad mold allergies scrapes mold for a living! Seriously though, it's interesting to see what the choices brought.
City of Ember was a post apoc story written for the Harry Potter age group...it got made into a movie...both are quite fun, a bit of flair throughout. A survival vault city the population is locked away to wait out the big bad...the time clock to let them back out gets lost. So they are done there much much longer than intended...so the has reached its viable nature and is starting to collapse...lack of supplies, lack of parts, and lack of knowledge...they have enough to keep going...for now. The story is how they take the next steps. The mold scrapper comes across as a bad job, in a kid's or general public eye...but I see much potential. The city is dark and moist, see lots of mold, slimes, and fungus. The bad molds need to be managed...hence the legions of scrapers. But the good side is that they would be resistant due repeated contact, could find cashes of editable mushrooms, and could use the living nature of the mold to track the health of a given area. I see these guys being the potential scientists...working in the trenches. Could be very interesting.   |

As to the job of mold scraper, it didn't actually seem to be a bad job to me like you, I think it could be interesting! Like you said, almost a kind of trench scientist/doctor. |

Beastmaster is a all time favorite of mine also!
Which of the three beastmaster templates do you prefer (no fair mixing a little of A and B, just one lol)
The collector...a beastmaster that builds specific relationships with individual animals and not groups...this one is usually pictured with a bird of some sort, a big cat or dog, and a little buddy fleet of foot.
The leader...a beastmaster who focuses on one specific type of creature and has many of the same with them at most times...usually smaller animals...bees/wasps, rats, cats, ravens, etc...but just one type.
The whisperer...a beastmaster who communicates with animals in general, some with more affinity based upon personal vibes but overall can talk to them all...may or may not even have one animal as a companion just depends
