REMEMBER: I GO ON AND ON ABOUT WHAT I WANT TO SAY, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK
So I'm sure at least one of you saw one of my very old posts about some Halo armor I wanted to make. The "bad" news, it's not happening (at least for the time being). The good news and also why the bad in bad news was in quotation marks, I came up with a new idea... The Mark V from Reach seemed interesting since shoulder armor and such is just placed around the base system, so I figured I'd make multiple attachments and then be able to switch them out. But then realized that I neither have the time (YAY MARCHING BAND!) or the money to make such a suit... Wait a moment! What if I integrated the same idea in a new, more original suit? Maybe. So what next? Well, the general idea is to make a base suit with these:
http://www.survival-pax.com/1-2-Curved-Side-Release-Plastic-Buckle-Double-End.html My idea is to sew one section of these onto a black morphsuit or something to places such as: in between the elbow and shoulder, shins, chest, back, in between the knees and ankles. Then design interchangeable armor pieces with the other section on the back of it and store them in a backpack. Thus I'd have armor for any mission. And I already have brainstormed for different pieces. All I need to buy is a morphsuit or other dark full body garment, paint (could use some that my mom has lying around), and a bunch of those clips. If I research prices enough I could get it under $100! So tell me what you people think!
