Usually from start to finish how long does it take to create and ship? I sent in my order on 9/20 and it shows processing still?? When I attempt to print invoice it states in final stages or shipped.  So now very confused sorry first purchase with you guys and a very anxious five yr old looking forward to her Violet lightsaber

Usually it only takes them a day or two, but they might be a bit backed up with orders or something. I would say at the longest, it would take about a week. The shortest, the day of.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I think they recently went to a convention.  When that happens, it usually takes a little longer than usual.  The longest I have seen to date for one of my sabers was 2 weeks and I lived all the way across the US from them at the time.  

I understand the anxious waiting though.  If you don't hear something but day 8, I would drop an email to [email protected] .

I think you're right. I remember them mentioning about a convention about week ago or so.

And don't worry it's fine. It's a good question to ask, and you didn't know.
