My only US to date is a Manticore. I am sending back to US for an Emerald upgrade. The various Manticores here have inspired me to customize my own when it's back from it's upgrade.
Very nice you guys!!! I am impressed with all the pictures posted in this thread. Very cool.
Pictures and video to come when I have mine ready for prime time.

I suppose this is a manticore customization though the emitter is not in this configuration. I posted this elsewhere but it could go here as well. I like to call this the Eye of Sauron.  What a great picture! I love the theme, and your pic captures the Eye of Sauron so well, very cool! |

Nice! Looking forward to that! That exact reason is why I started this thread...to inspire folks who may have taken a really good look at this saber but also to help the ones who may have been on the fence! I know I was thinking maybe the guardian but plunged head first into the manticore and have not been training with anything else! I'm still going to purchase a guardian, however I've decided that will be used for strengthening. |

 wow that looks great. That neck complements well on that high profile pommel and i like your av switch. I might get an extension as well, i always find the manticore hilt a bit short. Thanks for sharing kael.

Okay now there's a whole lot more Manticore family members now, can't wait to see some pictures of new combinations or customizations, I'll be happy just see a pic of every color blade...which should look quite nice in this thread. Oh yeah and mine is currently waiting so machining and anodizing, I will be sure to post a new video when it's ready. Thanks to everyone who has been involved with process so far...more points to go! |

When I get bored of having a shiny new manticore I will probably customise mine and make it look "war torn". I get a lot of scrap leather from work so I think a leather woven hilt is on the cards. Some dry brushing and dremeling will be in order, and I think have a nice blaster impact will look good on the emitter.
