From what I read, it's been announced already that s06 of the Clone Wars will be airing before the end of the year. Not sure where it will be airing (XD, Cartoon Network, online Star Wars streaming site maybe) but either way, I can't wait.

Excellent news. So I'm guessing that seasons 7 and 8 are being scrapped and everything should be wrapped up in the imminent Season 6 8(^_^)8

Hmmm... That seems to throw a definitely odd spin on the nature of the Contingency Orders. Not exactly what I imagined, and I'm not sure it's scientifically possible. But who cares about science when you've got the Force!
