...a thousand words...

I was digging deep for pics to add to the new forum RP game, TOR Reboot, and it struck me that with the Guild theme (allowing for a Je'daii or Grey approach) there are many characters that could fit nicely within a middle ground rather than the strict Jedi/light or sith/dark profile.

In that direction, I offer a couple pics to consider.  Look at these and let us chew on these for a bit...perhaps build character thoughts just based upon the first or lasting impression of what the image offers.

Then bring other pics into the loop of considering rather that just posting a bunch of random pics, keeping a constructive theme process  Smiley

This guy looks a little bitter, like he did his part and in the end it didn't seem to matter to anyone but him, He is ready to stand for what he believes but isn't really sure where he stands. perhaps he gave all but his life and now he is older, wiser, and angrier, perhaps this time he knows its the end (its that facial expression, and the hands which appear to be Prosthetics, and I spelled that wrong I am sure,).

I really like his boots, I wish I had a pair like that.

This guy here, he used to be a happy guy, the kind of guy you want by your side in the battlefield because he made it all seem a little better, a little less scary. Somehow, though, that all changed, perhaps he spent a little too much time fighting, saw a little too much blood, too many homes destroyed. Whatever it was, it changed him. He became disenchanted with the war or the government or even the Jedi Order itself. So now he's trying to make it right, one criminal scumbag in prison, one defenseless orphan in a new home, whatever he can do for the little guy.

It may be me, but I suspect that this one is a female type person.

I was thinking the same, Master Rel, but I have terrible eyes.

I see this guy as a Jedi Sentinel or other hard line type of guy, holding down the fort with force of arm and iron will, stoic, and tough as nails.

Maybe some odd application of the Force like a Force stomp rather than push...in a fight he stomps the ground/hull and the Force Push radiates out like a wave.

Nah, seems like one of those skinny dudes that you think is a chick until you see him walk into the men's 'fresher and you're like "ooooh, ok, I see it now"

I see parts of the female anatomy.

Yeah...pretty sure there are a pair of female type parts, that are shaped in a different manner then in men, usually.

This guys is a scavenger; excellent with machines and electronics, but no actual relation to any order of the Force. He's upgraded his shock pike with an old, restored saber (hence why the design is different). A drifter, a nomad, possibly escaping societal comforts in search of enlightenment; his only companion, a probe droid that helps identify useful/restorable salvage. Post Clone War era (18 - 10 BBY).

Not sure what "pair" you can see, because I certainly don't see them. However it is definitely a feminine figure: slender waist and musculature (esp appendages), "soft" shoulders and facial features, and upturned nose. Plus the feet/footwear.

They are not obvious, but there. It took me a while to see the face thing, but that gives it away. As for the shoes, ever heard of Dio?

This guy is an outcast, a sith turned to the light, forever seeking salvation and constantly on the run from his past trying to atone for his sins committed while a Sith Lord.

I'm sorry. In my degree, I've done a tonne of "here pick this bone up and tell me where it came from (age/sex/race)", so these things are relatively easy for me to see. As you said, they are not obvious, I was just trying to point out where you might look for the distinguishing [feminine] features.

As for the shoes, I have not heard of Dio, but the accented arch of the foot is a common cultural association to femininity (think high heels and foot binding, yikes! personally, I hate high heals but you can rarely talk a woman out of wearing them Roll Eyes )

Dio is one of several Metal \m/ stars who has been known to wear high heeled boots and (almost) no one would question his masculinity.
Also
HA you couldn't talk my girlfriend INTO heels, not that I WANT her to get artheritis but yeah, I see your point.
