This saber was my grab bag that I got along with my order for my kids' initiates. I haven't done any photos or video of the initiates yet, but will.
I'm very pleased with this saber. It's simple and sleek design leaves nothing to be desired. It fits very well in the hand, despite not having any choke points. It's extremely light weight, even though the large look says otherwise. It looks very big and wide, but once you pick it up, you realize it's not. The machined grooves in the top and bottom give it some nice accents, and then slanted emitter is the main attraction for me. It's what gives the saber the "I'm-not-a-toy-let's-do-battle" serious look to it.
Mine came with a vented pommel and standard 4 AAA battery setup. No complaints there, makes it even more light weight! Color is Arctic Blue. A word about that. When I first turned it on, I thought it was Sunrider's Destiny. It definitely has some green in there, and it's even more dramatic when next to my Guardian Blue Archon. After playing with it for a while and looking at it in different levels of light, I'm fairly confident it is Arctic Blue. A very nice, cool color by the way. It came with a 36" mid grade ultra edge blade, which already has been tested this evening while dueling with my kids. I was using my Archon with the heavy grade blade and the mid grade held up extremely well, no issues at all!
US has done a fantastic job with this saber. I'd say if you're looking to buy it as a stunt saber, or even with sound in it, go for it. You won't be disappointed! And now for the pics! Video review link following the pics. I'll post up a video of my duel with the kids in the gallery boards in a bit, so be sure to check it out!
